Nestled in the Spavinaw Valley of Northwest Arkansas is our family’s farm. We raise Angus and Highland cattle regeneratively on pastures to get the most nutritious and delicious beef.
Carefully curated selections are vacuum sealed and frozen for your convenience.
Processed with a USDA inspected butcher, with extended hang time on primal cuts to achieve maximum tenderness.

Our cattle are rotationally grazed on green pastures full of a variety of forages. This provides extra nutrients and flavor profiles to the beef.
But sometimes they get spoiled with a treat!
